| FileMaker Pro Database Administration System |
I have been using FileMaker Pro for about ten years. I have an excellent grasp of how to develop a range of solutions to meet the needs of education, focussing on user-centric databases that save time and enhance learning. |
You can download the entire system if you have FileMaker
Pro version 4.1 or above, or alternately you can view screenshots from various parts
of the system by clicking on the pdf |
| File to download: | Notes: |
| (870k compressed .zip file) |
This is a compressed .zip file. You will need Stuffit Expander to decompress this series of files. You will also need FileMaker Pro v4.1 or later to open and view them. |
| The main menu which links to everywhere else in the system. This was 'thrown together' on the fly as the database evolved (I was taking a class over mid year!). | |
| Shows demographic information about each student. | |
| The main interface for entering anecdotal observations and comments about students. This database can analyse and summarise information by student, subject or area. | |
| My weekly overview, linking directly to student anecdotal information- therefore allowing assessment to drive ongoing planning for learning. |
